Registrations

All registrations will be made on-line at the NSC Scouting Event web site.

 All attendees must register on-line for the event, including Scout youth, parents, adult leaders and instructors. 

Registrations are first come, first served.  Please register early.  Class sizes are limited. We cannot guarantee desired placement in MBM classes for walk-in's or for failure to register before classes are closed.

There are no remedies for failure to register on-line (except for New Scout Program walk-ins).We will accept all walk-ins ONLY for New Scout Program class if youth is a registered Boy Scout.

 Registrations will close on March 8th at 11:59 PM

 Registration Fees

 $10.00 fee per Youth attendee, includes Lunch (includes facility and lunch fee payment).

$6.00 fee per Youth attendance with No Lunch.  No refrigeration will be available at the event. 

 $5.00 fee per all Adult Leaders and Parents, includes Lunch (includes lunch and facility fees).  

 $5.00 additional Late Fee for all registrations made after 11:59 pm, 8 March 2020.

 Walk In registrations WILL incur late registration fees.

 Attendance fees will not be waived. 

 Lunch

 Event attendance fee includes lunch, to be provided at the event.

 Lunch Menu:  1 or 2 Hoagie Sandwiches, Chips, 1 or 2 Cookies and Mixed Drink or water.

 There will be a concession stand at the event with soda, candy, etc. for purchase.

 MBM Specific Workbooks

 Merit Badge Workbooks, which are specific to the 2020 Crow River MBM class offerings, can be downloaded from the Crow River District web site. Make sure you download and print the correct 2020 CR MBM Workbook.

Merit Badge Prerequisites

 Pre-MBM requirements for each merit badge class are listed with the class description below. 

Scouts MUST complete ALL the MBM merit badge pre-requisite requirements. Scouts are expected to read the Merit Badge Pamphlet and make notes in the CR MBM Workbook BEFORE their MBM class. Otherwise, Scouts will ONLY receive a partial completion for the merit badge. 

Scouts MUST bring their completed MB Workbook; a Merit Badge Blue Card(s) signed by unit leader for each merit badge; and bring any pre-MBM requirement materials or evidence of their work with them to MBM.

 All Scouts (including Webelos who recently crossed over to Boy Scouts) must be registered in a Scouts BSA unit in order to earn Boy Scout requirements for advancement. You may turn in new Scouts BSA applications at MBM event.

 Check-In                       7:30 - 8:00 AM ---- (Closes promptly at 8:00)

Opening Assembly          8:00

A.M. Classes                   8:15 - 12:00 PM

Lunch                             12:00 - 12:45

P.M. Classes                   12:45 - 4:00 PM

Clean up                         4:00 - 4:45 ------- (All attendees are required to assist with clean up)

Check out                        Approx. 4:50 ---  (SPL must check out at registration desk)
