2024 Popcorn Kickoff

Event Details

Every Scout should learn the value of hard work and earning their own way. The popcorn sale is the perfect opportunity to teach this valuable life lesson and fund the most exciting year of Scouting ever. More than 70% of the popcorn sale supports your programs and local Scouting! The Gulf Coast Council does all the pre-work to set up the sale, eliminating the need for your unit to research opportunities, calculate returns, create sales and promotional materials, manage a relationship with a vendor, etc. 

The popcorn sale is not just about selling popcorn...It’s also about promoting Scouting!

We are asking every unit to consider adding popcorn into their budget and fundraising plan this year. Even if you have not sold popcorn in the past, please attend to inquire about our NO-RISK! option. Please plan on sending a unit representative to learn about the sale and learn how you can have product on August 7th or August 8th.   

Commit to selling popcorn at Trail's End (https://portal.trails-end.com/unit-registration) by July 10th and register/attend Popcorn Kickoff and you will be entered into a drawing for a $100.00 gift card for the Scout Shop.
