Unit Leaders: Please make one (1) reservation per unit. Provide your parents/scouts with the parent portal; this ensures that your unit is registered together.*

Parents: Before you register, please contact the unit leader to get added to their roster.*

Until  March 2, 2026, the system will only ask for your estimated number of attendees, in addition to contact information for your unit's primary contact. On March 2, 2026, the system will begin asking for personal information along with a deposit of $25.00 per scout.

This $25.00 deposit will need to be paid by each individual before you can complete the registration and begin merit badge selection.

*Class selection will open on March 2, 2026, at 8:00 AM.*Popular classes are known to fill within the first 2 hours.

If you have adults who are planning to attend only a portion of the week rather than for the whole session, or you plan to have guests join you for a few meals throughout the week, you will need to add these individuals to your registration but only register for the days you will be present.
