Cub Scout Leader Specific is required training for all new Pack Leaders - Lion, Tiger, Wolf, Bear, Cub Scouts along with Webelos, Cubmaster, and Pack Committee members. This training covers the topic of den and pack meeting planning, pack finance and management, special activity planning and secrets of successful leaders. The session includes special breakouts for each leader position. The Pre-Course requirement is that every person should take "Fast Start Orientation" and "This is Scouting" offered on line at my.scouting.org (after you register or signed on go to training drop down - e-learning -This is Scouting).
