You must be a registered member of the Bay-Lakes Council or a district or unit chartered within Bay-Lakes Council to be a member of Kon Wapos Lodge, Order of the Arrow, Scouting's National Honor Society. Young adults 18-20 and adults 21+ must be current with Safeguarding Youth Training, formerly known as Youth Protection Training (YPT).  Kon Wapos Lodge dues must be current for a member to be in good standing and to attend Order of the Arrow events.

Dues for calendar year 2026 are $15 and we ask that you submit your payment by December 31, 2025.  Late dues for 2026 will continue to be accepted in 2026.

Alternatively, you may register for Golden Arrow membership, which includes your dues and admission to five lodge events in 2025 and a special NEW Kon Wapos lodge flap with golden arrow and golden border. Youth Golden Arrow membership is $80. Adult Golden Arrow membership is $100. This membership is valued at over $150 for 2026 dues, 5 lodge events, and commemorative Golden Arrow lodge flap. A Golden Arrow member may choose to purchase one (1) additional Golden Arrow lodge flap for uniform wear or their patch collection.
