Þ Units  may enter more than 1 pushcart. 
Þ Each  cart must have the same 6 team members for each race.
Þ Carts  should be made by each unit.  (Scout office has limited number of pushcarts for loan.)
Þ Three divisions offered. Pack, Troop, Adult 
Þ Each team/cart  will race  at least 2 times
