Welcome to an action-packed Cub Scout camp where Scouts will jump into a weekend of friendly competition, teamwork, and adventure. Throughout camp, dens will rotate through exciting activity stations designed to challenge skills, build confidence, and keep the energy high. As a leader, your role is to guide your Scouts, keep them moving, and help create a fun, safe, and memorable experience for all.

There will be a variety of activities to include things for nature enthusiasts, fishermen, marksmen (aspiring marksmen), water lovers, crafty folks, sports fans, and more. Participants will be organized into groups and rotate between different stations. The program schedule is jam packed with activities; however, if a Scout tires out or a program doesn’t interest you, feel free to do your own thing.

Participants are invited to camp from Friday through Sunday, or any portion in between. Families are welcome to arrive on Friday to escape the city and set-up camp and relax (this makes Saturday easier). Likewise, after a day of craziness on Saturday you are welcome to take it easy Saturday night and make your way home on Sunday.

No food will be provided this weekend.  Families have the benefit of creating a thrilling menu or keeping it simple. 

Cub Scouts and their families participate in a variety of activities at Pipsico.  Cub Scout Family Camping Weekends are an opportunity to get away from the busy buzz of the city for the weekend and enjoy some time in the great outdoors at Pipsico Scout Reservation.
