Pow Wow is a supplemental, action-packed training event for adult Cub Scout Leaders, Pack Committee Members, Charter Organization Representatives, parents of Cub Scouts and Cub Scout-interested persons. You’ll spend the day learning new ideas and concepts and having hands-on experiences that will enhance your ability to deliver and support a fun-filled, exciting program to Cub Scouts. We’re offering 31 Cub specific classes as well as Rangemaster Certification. Red Cross CPR Certification will also be available for an additional fee.

Sessions will be hands on and interactive. Bring a notebook, pen, waterbottle and enthusiasm. 

Akela's Academy Youth Camp
Forget finding a babysitter, bring the whole family for a fun-filled day of Scouting excitement! Pow Wow is offering a mini-camp of engaging activities for Cub Scouts and their siblings. Activities include science, nature, Scout craft, games, crafts, songs and skits, and meet requirements for advancement and STEM Nova awards. There will even be a tot lot for the littlest scouters. Youth must be toilet-trained to attend camp

Please register for the event and sign up for class PW51 Den. Chief Training. Afterwards, we encourage you to get on-the-job training by signing up for PW96 Volunteer and helping with Akela's Academy. Volunteers will earn service hours.
