OA Leadership Development Day

Colonneh Lodge’s Leadership Development Day is an event designed to develop the skills of current and future chapter officers and induction team members (luminaries). Each group will participate in dedicated, day-long breakout sessions focused on either strengthening chapter operations or growing high-quality induction team members. The event includes a chapter officer goal-setting workshop and concludes with the August Lodge Executive Committee meeting. Lunch can be ordered.
