OA Leadership Development Day

Colonneh Lodge’s Leadership Development Day is an event designed to develop the skills of current and future chapter officers, OA unit representatives, and ceremonialists. Each group will participate in dedicated, day-long breakouts designed to strengthen chapter operations, improve unit outreach, and grow high-quality ceremonies teams. The event also includes a chapter officer goal-setting workshop and the OA Unit Representative Summit and concludes with the August Lodge Executive Committee meeting. Lunch can be purchased.
