Camp Wisdom

This event is for all Eagle Trail District units, including Cub Scout Packs and Scouts BSA Troops. Weekend camping is available for all units but, as an alternative Cub Scout participants may attend on Saturday only and take part in the planned activities without camping (please be sure to select the appropriate option during the registration process).

Cub Scout Packs will not want to miss this event which is the perfect opportunity to:

• Make progress towards the National Summertime Pack Award
• Work on rank requirements for next year
• Recruit new members by inviting scout eligible friends and neighbors who can attend for free
• Complete annual swim checks required for resident camp
• Spend time in the outdoors either camping for the weekend or enjoying the Saturday activities

Scouts BSA Troops will want to attend this event so they can:

• Supplement their regular monthly camping program 
• Provide Scouts with the opportunity to work on rank requirements, especially first year scouts
• Attend the Order of the Arrow call out ceremony
• Have fun!

Planned activities include:

• Shooting sports (archery, BB guns, rifle and shotgun)
• Open Swim
• Swim checks (required for Summer / Resident camp)
• Pirate ships, Castle and Fort (Cub Scouts) 
• Gaga Ball
• Obstacle Course
• Tomahawks & Sharp Instruments
• Tug of War
• Chariot Races 
• OA Call Out ceremony (Packs are invited to attend and observe)
• Campfire program
• Adult Training (Scoutmaster / Assistant Scoutmaster)
• ...and more!

Event registration is $20 per person which covers all Saturday activities including lunch; camping is available at no additional charge. Please note, late registration after Tuesday, May 12, 2020 is $30 per person.
