LDS Family Encampment

Friends, family, and members of youth age 5 years old - 10 years old (Cub Scouts to Scouts BSA through Venturing age) of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints are invited to a gathering! Join us at Camp James Ray on May 9 and 10 for camping activities, games, shooting sports, campfire, and fun memories! 

A commemorative patch will be available for all registrants!

Event Details

• Where: Camp James Ray, 2026 Mill Creek Rd, Pottsboro, TX 75076
• When:  Friday, May 9 - Saturday, May 10
• Check-in: Friday, May 9 from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
• Check-out: Saturday, May 10 at 4:00 p.m.
• Registration closes Monday, May 5 at 11:00 p.m. Late additions/subsitutions or walk-ins cannot be accepted.
• Cancellation & Refund Policy: Please review the policy under Attachments and HERE.

Cost

• Youth/Adults/Staff: $10.00 per person
• Family of 4 or more: $40.00
  Families of 4 or more persons should register under "Family of 4 or more" participant type. See the attached "How To Register as a Family of 4 or More" instruction sheet (HERE).

Documents Required at Check-In

• Circle Ten Activity Unit Roster
• BSA Medical Health Form AB (one per person)
