The Circle Ten Council Eagle Scout Celebration will celebrate our 2023 James E. O'Bannon Class of Eagle Scouts and 2023 Summit Scouts.

Event Details

Check-in begins at 2:30 p.m.
Program begins at 3:00 p.m.
Group photographs (Eagle, Summit) and light refreshments follow the program.

Cost

2023 Eagle Scouts: Complimentary*
2023 Summit awardees: Complimentary *
Adult/Youth Attendees: $20 per person
Your fee helps cover the cost of our Eagle and Summit Scouts at this celebration.
*Complimentary with early registration. $20 per Scout after March 11 at 11:00 p.m.

Each honoree receives a commemorative portfolio with a limited edition Council Shoulder Patch, certificate from Senator Royce West, and congratulatory letter from our 2023 Class of Eagle Scouts honoree, James E. O'Bannon.

Eagle and Summit Slideshow

Eagle and Summit Scouts: Please provide a high resolution photo of you in uniform and/or a photo of your project, so we can include them as part of the opening slideshow! Please email the photo(s) with your name, unit type and unit number to paula.bramble@scouting.org no later than March 11, 2024.

2023 Summit Scouts Photo

A group photo of our Eagle Scouts and a photo of our 2023 Summit Scouts will be taken after the program. A digital copy will be sent out after the event (please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery via email). A professionally printed 8 x 10 photograph will be available for purchase during registration. This will be mailed to you 2-3 weeks after the celebration.

Celebrate your Scout in the Program

You have the opportunity to include a message to your Scout in the printed program. You will send the final version of what you wish to be printed to paula.bramble@scouting.org no later than March 11 at 11:00 p.m. The format must be high resolution and in JPEG or PDF format. You can select this option and complete payment within your registration.
1/4 page (portrait format - 4" wide x 5" high): $10
1/2 page (landscape format - 8" wide x 5" high): $20
Final sizing may be adjusted slightly to fit the program page.

Registration Deadline
Space is limited so please register early. Registration will close on Monday, March 18 at 11:00 p.m.
This is the deadline to register, add/update attendees, and complete payment. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
