Please join us on Friday, March 20, 2026, for the Annual Recognition Banquet, to be held at 6:30 p.m. at the American Eagle Foundation (510 Kodak Road, Kodak, TN 37764). The event will feature the presentation of the coveted Silver Beaver Award to a select group of deserving individuals who have distinguished themselves in their service to youth. Each year the Great Smoky Mountain Council, by authority of the National Court of Honor of the Scouting America, chooses individuals to receive this honor. The Silver Beaver is the highest award a local council can bestow upon an adult volunteer.

This will be an outstanding program that includes presentation of the 2025 Browder/Kaye Class of Eagle Scouts, the 2025 Silver Beaver Awards, National Outstanding Eagle Scout Awards, council Alumnus of the Year, Order of the Arrow’s Founder’s Award, and others.
