In an attempt to make the Pinewood more fair and fun for all the Lion, Tiger, Wolf, Bear, and WeBeLoS, the following rules will apply for everyone in the district. We will be using a computer timer again this year. Every racer will race four times, (once down each lane). The winners will be determined by the fastest average of the four races. Each pack can send four (5) boys to district. Any combination of Cubs and Tigers and Lions is acceptable, provided you send at least one (1) Lion minimum (if you pack has Lions and (1) Tiger minimum (if you have a Tiger group). Second Year Webelos that have crossed over to a Troop can race their car. Please let the boys do as much work on the car as possible, they learn more this way. All cars must pass inspection to qualify for the race.
