There are many aspects, functions, and activities that will take place at this year's Spring Fellowship.  
  • Fun, Fellowship, Good Eats, and more.
  • Lodge Celebration Dinner and Annual Meeting.  
  • The Last Wapashuwi Brotherhood Ceremony: for those eligible and willing to move forward in their journey in the Order. 
  • Lodge Trading Post with Final Flap open with potential vouchers for those also attending Conclave.
  • OA Troop Representative & Adviser (Asst. Scoutmaster/Asst. Coach Designee) Training.
  • Native American Seminar
  • The Games:

Who should attend:
Any and ALL Arrowmen:  Including but not limited to ... OA Troop Representatives (& Advisers), & Members wishing to become Brotherhood Members.
Friends and Family are invited to register and attend the Saturday Night Dinner and Lodge Celebration.
 
What to bring:
A copy of your medical form, work cloths, Full Class-A Uniform (including Scout Pants), standard camping items (for personal use and cabin sleeping), your own tent if you prefer tent sleeping, tomahawks (if you have a favorite for throwing), patches for trading, and fun attitude.
 
Costs:
Members and Brotherhood Candidates:
Cost for Members is $15.00, except if you are a Brotherhood Candidate; your cost is $35.00.

However, register before April 16th and an early discount of $5.00 off will be applied automatically.

Lodge Members must register as such regardless of the length of time on camp.

Lodge Members who register and attend the Spring Fellowship and who are registered and paid for the Section Conclave will receive a $10.00 voucher to the trading post.  Good while supplies last.

Lodge Members who register and attend the Spring Fellowship will also receive 1 All-Ghosted final flap.

Saturday Dinner "Mini-Banquet" Guests:

The regular price for all Saturday Dinner Guests is $10.00.
Except all Saturday Dinner Guest age 10 and under are free.

OA Members of a different Lodge:

OA Members of a different Lodge must first contact wapashuwi@wapashuwi.org to check on availability and to receive a registration password.

*Note: All registrations must be completed online and paid before April 19, 2017.

Online enrollment and registration closes April 19 at 11:59PM.  

 
Other information:
  • Check-in for the Fellowship will begin from 7:30-8:30 on Friday; at the Rotary Building.  
    • {Please do not arrive early without prior authorization from the Lodge Leadership}
    • Late-Friday and Saturday check-in also available.  
    • Check-out will be Sunday between 9:30-10:00.
       
  • Brotherhood Candidates are expected to be at the entire fellowship.  
     
  • The last of the Wapashuwi Lodge OA / Lodge trading Post will be available.
