Note- This Registration is for Members of Allegheny Highlands Council Only.

The 2024 National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) will be held from Monday, July 29th to Saturday, August 3rd, 2024, at University Of Colorado Boulder in Boulder, Colorado. 

NOAC is the premier event of the Order of the Arrow, about 8,000+ Arrowmen from across the nation are expected to converge upon the campus of University Of Colorado Boulder.

This is a conference full of training cells, activities, and a multitude of brotherhood opportunities with Arrowmen from across the country.

Participants will return home with:

• A deeper understanding of the Scout Oath, Scout Law, Order of the Arrow Obligation, and what it means to "live" these words in one's daily life.
• A renewed spirit, pride, and enthusiasm for Scouting and the Order of the Arrow.
• Ideas that can be used to better serve Scouting at the Unit, District, and Council Levels.
• New programs, knowledge, and skills to improve Lodge operations.
• Enhanced leadership skills and a better understanding of how to carry out the work of the Lodge. 
• New lasting friendships with fellow Arrowmen from throughout the Nation
• Memories that will last a lifetime.

Lodge Contingent Fee: $1,500.00 

The fee includes:

• National Conference Registration Fee - including five nights housing at The University of Colorado, five full days of program and training, meals, program and support materials, registration materials, insurance, admission to the evening shows.
• NOAC Contingent Gear
• Transportation Fees

There is no limit to the 2024 NOAC contingent size. However, we are aiming to maintain a 1:1 Youth : Adult ratio.

Scholarships — Through The National Order of the Arrow are available for Arrowmen Under the Age of 21

Trailblazer Scholarship:
Application Criteria & Eligibility:

Applications for the Trailblazer Scholarship can be found HERE. Applications will open on November 1, 2023 and the last day to submit a scholarship application will be January 31, 2024. 

Eligibility requirements for the Trailblazer Scholarship Program include:

• Be registered for NOAC within NOAERS as a youth delegate with a contingent or as a youth staff member by January 31, 2024
• Submit a Trailblazer Scholarship application, which will be routed to your council’s OA Event Approver for approval (if a lodge contingent delegate) by January 31, 2024. No supplemental approval is required for staff members.
• Be under the age of 21 through the last day of the conference, August 3, 2024.

The Scholarship Committee will determine scholarship amounts for each applicant. Lodges, sections, or regions do not have a role in reviewing and approving Trailblazer Scholarship applications but may be contacted by the committee to validate requests.

Applicants and their respective contingent leaders will be notified of their scholarship status and a potential award by Friday, March 15, 2024. Trailblazer Scholarship awards will be applied directly to the individual registration account within the NOAERS. Funds will not be mailed.

Question in the Trailblazer Scholarship application will include financial information such as the size of household, parent or guardian name(s), total annual household income before taxes, and the requested scholarship amount. There will be additional free form response questions, such as why are you interested in attending NOAC, what are you doing to raise funds to attend NOAC, and if you do not receive the scholarship amount you requested, how might that impact your ability to attend NOAC?

Departure and Return Dates:

We will leave from a central location (TBD) and travel as a contingent to The University Of Colorado Boulder by plane on July - TBA

We will depart the conference on Saturday, Aug 3rd, 2024, after Breakfast and are scheduled to arrive home August- TBA

The central departure and return locations will be announced at a later date.

Effective January 1st, 2020: Your BSA Member ID Number is required to attend any Lodge Event. If you do not know your BSA Member ID Number, you can get your ID number from your Unit Leader, Committee Chairperson, or your Advancement Chairperson.
