FOUL WEATHER DATE: April 24, 2021

REGISTRATION WILL BE CLOSED AT MIDNIGHT OF April 4th- NO EXCEPTIONS.

Held at the Watchung Reservation Loop Area.

PLEASE NOTE that this is a HALF-DAY event this year, with NO FOOD SERVICES OR COOKING COMPETITION for lunches.

Required: Each troop must bring 10 canned goods per Scout, and 2 BSA trained adults to help man events/stations/towns.

Schedule:

Morning Session

Check-in for morning session from 7:30 am to 8:20 am

Competition begins PROMPTLY at 8:30am and ends PROMPTLY at 11:00am, with an awards ceremony for that session at 11:30am.

UNITS PARTICIPATING IN THE MORNING SESSION WILL THEN HAVE 30 MINUTES TO DEPART THE LOOP AREA.

Afternoon Session

Check-in for afternoon session from 12:30pm to 1:20pm

Competition begins PROMPTLY at 1:30pm and ends PROMPTLY at 4:00pm, with an awards ceremony for that session at 4:30pm.

An overall 1st Place Patrol will be awarded the Governor's Trophy at a later date.

NONE- Due to the State's limit on attendees for outdoor events, we encourage Units interested in participating to register as early as possible.
