Camp Cedars 2026

Thank you for choosing to make a reservation at Camp Cedars during the 2026 summer camp season.  We look forward to providing a quality program experience for your troop's Scouts and adult leaders.

Prior to January 1, 2026, troops may place a reservation with a deposit to hold their spot in their week of choice and by entering their estimated number of youth and adult attendees. Space is limited by week. A troop's reservation is not secured until a reservation deposit has been received.

2026 Camp Fees:

• Youth: $460
• Adults: $200 full week ($40/ daily)
  *ALL ADULTS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE UNIT THEY ARE ATTENDING WITH
• FREE t-shirts will be provided to all Scouts who are paid in full by May 5, 2026. Adults are able to purchase shirts on their registration until May 5, 2026. Additional t-shirts will be available for purchase at the camp trading post.

2026 Program Sign Ups:

Programs will open for youth aged 14+ who have paid $100 deposit on March 3rd at 10 am CST. 
Programs will open for all youth who have paid $100 deposit on March 17th at 10 am CST. 
Program sign up will close on May 5th. This will allow us to consolidate classes and rearange schedules as needed. Final schedules will be available at minimum 2 weeks prior to your week at camp. Schedule changes can then be made again by the customer at that time or at camp.
