The purpose of the Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops is to teach Scouts with leadership positions about their new roles and how to most effectively reach success in that role. It is intended to help Boys Scouts in leadership positions within their troops understand their responsibilities and to equip them with organizational and leadership skills to fulfill those responsibilities. Introduction to Leadership Skill for Troops is the first course in teh series of leadership training offered to Boy Scout and is a replacement for Troop Leadership Training. Completion of ILST is prerequisite for Boy Scouts to participant in more advanced leadership courses.

Check-in time: 5:30-6:30pm Friday

Check-out time: approx 9:30pm Sunday

Cost $15.00 participant or $10.00 per non-participant

Gear to Bring: Personal camping gear, tent, personal hygiene gear, clothes, rain gear, Scout Handbook and Field Uniform (Class A, and Medical Form A & B.
