CPR/AED/Wilderness and Remote First Aid

Wilderness and Remote First Aid class will be conducted April 8-10 2022 in Sverdrup Lodge.  Completion of this course meets Wilderness First Aid requirements for BSA High Adventure bases.

The CPR/AED prerequisite will be a Blended Learning format.  Participants must complete on-line training at https://www.redcrosslearning.com/course/d1c18020-c610-11e6-97ba-adc268562c07 before arriving at Sverdrup Lodge Friday April 8.  CPR/AED Skills Session Training will begin at 6:30 pm. WRFA will run from 9:00a to 5:00p Saturday April 9 and from 9:00a to 1:00p Sunday April 10.   Participants must be present for all 3 sessions.  Participants should bring the first-aid kit that they plan on taking on their trek, notebook, pencil or pen, cup, water bottle, lunch for Saturday, and snacks if needed.
