INFORMATION!  Please read before registering, IMPORTANT!

2018 Schedule and sign up is all NEW!

Welcome to our Webelos Adventure Weekend sign-up page!

Class periods are 1 hour and 45 minutes long.

2-Deep leadership is required, or parent and child.

$15 per Class, and $5 per meal. Adults will pay for meals only, $5 each.  Meal offerings will be lunch and/or dinner on Saturday.  Adults please mark these along with camping options on your "class" schedule.

Youth may register for classes by signing up for 1, 2, or 3 CLASSES. (NO SUNDAY CLASSES!) A free period will be filled with Elective Activities.  We experienced that many Packs and presenters needed to leave early on Sunday.  You may come on Friday and stay through breakfast on Sunday, or you may come just part of the time. 

Meals are optional, some units may prefer to make their own in camp, but youth and adults must preregister for meals on the class schedule, and wristbands will be issued based on your choices. 

Please remember that all breakfasts are your responsibility.

Class cost will cover program and supplies, facility expenses, coffee for adults, (please bring your own coffee mug.)

Webelos Adventure Weekend is a flexible advancement and fun event at Parker Scout Camp for Webelos that includes *Adventure Pin classes and **Electives and Field Activities/Scout Skills stations.  Webelos are invited to attend  with leaders and/or parents. Camping is available on Friday and Saturday nights just for fun or to help fulfill your Outdoor Adventurer Pin.

*Adventure Pins include: Engineer, First Responder, Aware and Care, Into the Woods, Duty to God, Earth Rocks, and Castaway!  (Not all classes are offered in all periods.)

**Electives and Field Activities may include BB Guns, Archery, Geocaching, Fire Building, Knot Tying, Cooking Demos, Gaga Ball, Whittling Chip, plus more.  

Please have one person check-in your Pack at the Administration Building between 7:45 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. Flags are at 8:05, and classes start at 8:15 a.m.  Flags will be presented in the parade field, where the rest of the Pack/Den can report.

Friday night campers may arrive any time after 6 p.m.

Non-campers may depart at anytime after classes end or stay for evening activities

06:15 - 06:45 Chapel by Duty to God classes

07:00 - 08:00 Campfire 

08:00 - 10:00 Campsite fun time, campfires and fun with your unit

Sunday

08:05  Flags 

Breakfast in campsites.  Clean up your site.  Enjoy the morning and depart at your leisure.

FREE optional overnight camping is available and encouraged. Youth and adults will need to schedule Friday or Saturday night camping, or both, on your individual registration form.  Groups must bring their own tents and camping gear; also food and cooking gear for breakfast.  Campers may arrive starting at 6:00 on Friday, please check in at the Administration Building.

The overnight camp is not officially part of the program. It is an opportunity to work on the Outdoors Adventure Pin on your own.
