2018 NOAC Participant Allocation Plan

Agaming Maangogwan lodge has received 27 slots to attend NOAC in 2018.  We will be requesting additional slots, however, there is no guarantee that they will be granted.

The lodge has limited and will use a First sign-up/Prioritization allocation system.  For adults, we can send up to 6 Arrowmen.  Youth Arrowmen are the priority.

The lodge wants to have a contingent that is representative of our members from tenured to new:

  • Leadership in the Lodge and Chapters;
  • Active Arrowmen: Dues Paid and attending at least one lodge event in 2017
  • New Arrowmen

In mid-January, the lodge will ask for additional spaces based upon the number of arrowmen signed up. If the lodge can get additional slots, these categories expand. The lodge also is planning on representation across the chapters.

NOAC registration will open soon. You can register on the Council web site and make a $100 initial payment.  Other minimum payments of $100 are due by January, February, March, April, and May 1st to maintain your status.

Registrants will be notified of their position (i.e. Participant or Waiting List) in late December.

Remember, the lodge will ask National for additional spaces in mid-January and will fill via the waiting list. All registrant fees are refundable though December 31, 2017.  All waiting list fees are refundable after this date.

NOAC meetings will occur at the January Winter Fellowship and the Spring Induction.

Guaranteed Participants are expected to:

  • Continue Payments
  • Maintain Active Status by paying their 2018 dues
  • Attend the Winter and Spring NOAC Meetings (at lodge events)
