ARROW OF LIGHT CAMP

The traditional “Cub Scout Camp”, but geared specifically to Arrow of Light Scouts (those entering 5th grade in the fall).  This camp takes place at the same time as Scouts BSA camp so that incoming AOL Scouts can see what the future holds.  Scouts will work on Advancements specific to their rank, while learning more about Scout Camp.

located in the “heart of camp” area that bridges Adventureland and Gerber Scout Camp (this is the admin, eaglequest, tryon area behind the trading post). The AOL Scouts will experience some Scout age program areas (climbing, swimming, range)and join Scouts in age-appropriate evening programs. Opportunities for AOL to experience include snorkel, rappelling, range and target sports, paddle craft, knife safety, fire! and more. Motto is “Building a Better World”

Join us for a 4-day 3-night camping experience designed for Arrow of Light Scouts during our Scouts BSA camp. Activities will be geared towards Arrow of Light electives with a taste of the Scouts BSA program added in. Activities include Fishing, Hiking, Range and Target Activities, Nature, Aquatics, and more! Bring your tent, sleeping bag, and sense of adventure as we will provide food, fun, and memories to last a lifetime.

Get a taste of Scouts, BSA camp while working on AOL electives. AOL scouts and adults will get to participate alongside the Troops in camp for the week. During the day we'll have AOL specific activities and electives. In the evenings, they'll engage in all our campwide activities. What's unique about AOL camp at Cole is participants can choose to eat dining hall style with the camp staff or experience patrol cooking in their campsites. Join us and experience rump bumping (river tubing), range sports, crafts, nature, scout skills, and more!
