Cub Scout Summer Camp is a full weekend program (Friday - Sunday) offered at our Cub Scout Camps. Webelos Scouts have an opportunity to stay for an additional Outpost program, which is one extra night of specialized activities to introduce a bit of what Scouts BSA camping will be like.

Camp will include a mix of fun activities and advancement opportunities, led by our trained staff.

Food service will be provided in a dining hall. Scouts are placed in dens according to their pack. A ratio of 1 adult for every 2 youth is required; Tiger Cubs each require their own adult partner.

Cub Scout aged siblings (entering 1st - 4th grade in the fall of 2026) will be welcome.

2026 Payment Timeline: 

June 1^st, 2025 - January 31^st, 2026: Early Registration  

• Packs reserve a weekend with a $100 deposit. 
  • Packs enter their estimated attendance for youth and adults, up to 20 spots. 
  • If Packs need more than 20 spots, they can create an additional reservation, and our customer service team will merge the reservations prior to the adjustment period. 
  • Note: this is just an estimate, Packs will be able to reduce or increase their number of all attendees during the adjustment period (February 9^th - 23^rd, 2026). 

February 9^th - 23^rd, 2026: Adjustment Period 

• Packs confirm their participant counts by making a $25 deposit for each individual.  
• The original $100 payment will be allocated towards the final deposit total.  
• Packs will also be able to reserve Outpost spots at this time for $36 per spot. 
• Packs may use Parent Portal at this time to allow parents to individually pay the $25/spot deposit.  
• Note: This is the only time you will be able to reduce your registration of individuals without financial penalty. However, canceling the entire registration will result in the loss of the $100 deposit.  

March 1^st - April 30^th, 2026: Regular Registration  

• A deposit of $25 per individualis due when making a camp registration. 
• Packs registering additional individuals for Webelos Outpost will need to pay an additional $36 per person fee. 
• Packs/Individuals who pay in full before May 1^st will receive the $5 per youth Early Bird Discount. 

May 1^st - August 30^th, 2026: Full Payment is Due 

• Full payments for all existing reservations are due before May 1^st. If balances are not paid on this date, customer service will cancel the registrations accordingly.  
• Full payment will be collected at the time of registration for all new registrations made as of May 1^st.  
• Packs may make a registration up to the day before a campout takes places provided that there is space available
