Lions/Tigers - 9:00 a.m. Check-in; 10:00 a.m. Races Start
Wolf & Bear - 10:00 a.m. Check-in; 11:00 p.m. Races Start
Webelos & Arrow of Light - 11:00 a.m. Check-in; 12:00 p.m. Races Start
All Open: Youth, Teen, Adult - 12:00 p.m. Check In; 1:00 p.m. Races Start
To race in the Chief Black Dog and Dan Patch District Pinewood Derby in the Cub Scout Division a participant must be a registered Cub Scout on 9/1/2018 or have joined since then and is currently registered. To let non-Scouts try the fun of Scouting, anyone can race.

All races start at specified times allowing a shorter time requirement for most families.
Open Divisions: Youth: Under 11 or Not yet 6th Grade.
Teen: 12 years or 6th Grade - 17 years.
Adult: over 18 years
The 2019 Northern Star Council Pinewood Derby Rules will be used.

There will be awards for the top FIVE finishers of EACH SCOUT DIVISION. There will be awards for the top THREE places in the OPEN DIVISIONS. Each car will go down the track 6 times. The runs are against the clock, once down each lane of track. The awards will be earned on the basis of the total time for the six runs.
