Get ready for a hauntingly good time at this year’s Spook-O-Ree! This annual event, designed specifically for our Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts is a highlight of the fall, drawing hundreds for a weekend filled with adventure, learning, and spooky (not scary) fun.

Held at the beautiful Camp Saffran at Broad Creek Scout Reservation, Spook-O-Ree offers a unique opportunity to participate in a variety of skills stations run by Scouts from local Troops, Crews, and Ships. Throughout the weekend, Scouts will have the chance to develop new skills, build lasting friendships, and enjoy the great outdoors.

Saturday evening will culminate in a Halloween-themed campfire where Scouts are encouraged to dress in their favorite costumes. The campfire program will feature skits and songs performed by the Scouts, making for a night of laughter and memorable moments. Don’t forget to decorate your campsite to add to the spooky atmosphere!

Pack Registration

Troop, Crew, and Ship Registration

• Station selections and availability is on a first come, first serve basis, based on unit deposits.
• Minimum fee of $50 per unit to participate. This includes adult leaders and up to 10 scouts. Additional scouts are $5 each.  Registration on the number of Scouts and Adults can be amended leading up to the event.
• Final station assignments will be determined by event staff based on event needs.  Admin will determine final station assignments by September 1st, 2024.
• Feel free to suggest your own ideas for a station as well as selecting from our suggested list.
• All adults staying overnight in connection with a Scouting activity must be currently registered in an adult fee required position as listed or as an adult program participant with a current YPT certificate.  More information can be found here: https://www.scouting.org/health-and-safety/gss/gss01/
