Osage Nation Day Camp

Up IN The Air!

June 12-13, 2026

What is it?   Cub Scout Day Camp is a weekend program that will be a 2 all-day Friday and Saturday (8am-4pm) that is open to all youth in kindergarten through 5th grade.   

Activities?  Your young flyer will have the opportunity to make flying car, rocket, plane and that’s not all…. They will have the opportunity to experiment with …… you’ll have to come and see what it is. I’ll give you a hint, its filled with hot air! All the activities are age-appropriate and guided by our well-trained and enthusiastic staff. A cordless drill will help. (Adults only will operate.)  Parents be prepared for your young flyer to bring home an age-appropriate wooden project. It all depends on their rank. If you have an Arrow of Light, they are building a chair. 

When & Where? 12-13 June Big Hill Lake, DAM 

Supervision?  All units must have two-deep leadership in accordance with Youth Protection Guidelines, and all registered leaders must have completed NEW Youth Protection Training. AOLs must have appropriate unit leadership. 

Food?  Friday Bring a sack lunch. Saturday cubbies will be able to roast a hotdog and receive a bag of chips. Please bring a drink or two. 

Cost? Pre-registration is $20 for youth includes shirt. Adults $5 without shirt. They can purchase a shirt for an additional fee.

Small- X-large $13 / 2X $15 / 3X $16

Registration after May15, 2026, will be $25per cub scout.

The registration fee includes program materials and a patch for all participants. Last day to register is May 30, 2026.

Camperships are available for cub scouts.

Refunds? Refunds are not available, but fees may be transferred to another Scout or Adult under same registration number.

Registration? Registration is open online on Black Pug – find the link at www.quivira.org – Things to Do. Pre-registration is required for program materials and patches to be provided to all participants. Registration prior to May 16, 2026, is required to guarantee a patch. The event is open to all registered Packs. Online payment is required and may be made by credit card.

REQUIRED: ALL participants MUST have Parts A&B of the health form. CLOSED TOED SHOES!!!

Unit Roster is REQUIRED at check-in.

Need volunteers, adults, and scouts.

Insurance? Liability, as well as Sickness and Accident Insurance are provided for all registered members of the BSA.
