Successfully passing pre-qualification tests for each discipline are required of each candidate. Each candidate must demonstrate a knowledge of the firearms, their use, and operation. The candidate must provide documentation of shooting activity (i.e. Military Discharge - DD214, LEO identification, NRA Competition Rating, Hunter Education ID, etc.).

These courses are for experienced shooters only. Persons without experience must complete NRA Basic training in the discipline and obtain proof of shooting activity prior to registering for any of these courses.
