Event Details

NRA Basic Instructor Training (BIT) must be taken every 2 years to add a new discipline.

NRA membership is strongly recommended as this is a BSA - NRA training course. Contact Ralph Schuster for details of NRA membership & to join the NRA.

Successfully passing pre-qualification tests for each discipline are required of each candidate. Each candidate must demonstrate a knowledge of the firearms, their use, and operation. The candidate must provide documentation of shooting activity (i.e. Military Discharge - DD214, LEO identification, NRA Competition Rating, Hunter Education ID, NRA-Winchester Marksmanship rating, etc.).

These courses are for experienced shooters only. Persons without experience must complete NRA Basic training in the discipline and obtain proof of shooting activity prior to registering for any of these courses.

Sleeping is in bunkroom type cabins.

The fees includes all course materials, use of firearms, targets, ammunition. You will need to bring your own food & snacks.  Water will be available.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all sessions

Age Requirement:  21 years or older / US citizenship is required
