Order of the Arrow Fall Fellowship 2026

Join Konepaka Ketiwa Lodge 38 for the 2026 Order of the Arrow Fall Fellowship at Camp Loud Thunder! This annual weekend brings together Arrowmen from across the Lodge for fellowship, service, leadership development, and fun.

Throughout the weekend, members will camp together, enjoy great food, complete improvement projects that benefit Camp Loud Thunder, participate in Lodge activities, and help shape the future of the Lodge through Chapter Officer Elections.

Whether you're a newly elected candidate preparing to complete your Ordeal or a longtime member looking to reconnect with fellow Arrowmen, Fall Fellowship is one of the premier OA events of the year.

Event Information

• Date: August 7–9, 2026
• Location: Camp Loud Thunder, 9906 175th Street W, Illinois City, IL
• Who May Attend:
  • Current Order of the Arrow members
  • Newly elected Ordeal Candidates
  • Vigil Honor members
  • Annual Pass members

Check-in will take place Friday evening from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Ordeal Candidates must arrive no later than 7:00 PM and are required to remain for the entire weekend. Sunday breakfast is included.. The event concludes on Sunday at approximately 10:00 AM following elections.

Weekend Activities

Fall Fellowship offers a variety of opportunities to strengthen your connection to the Order of the Arrow and Camp Loud Thunder, including:

• Camp improvement and service projects
• Fellowship with Arrowmen from across the Lodge
• Chapter Officer Elections
• OA Trading Post shopping opportunities
• Leadership development
• Camping and outdoor activities
• The New Induction Experience
• Food and fellowship throughout the weekend

A Friday evening Burgers & Brats Dinner will be available from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM for $5 per person.

Registration Options

New Ordeal Candidates – $50

• This option is for Scouts and leaders who have recently been elected into the Order of the Arrow and will be completing their Ordeal during Fall Fellowship.
  • Registration includes:
    • Fellowship fee
    • Ordeal sash
    • OA Handbook
    • One Lodge flap for your uniform
    • Participants should bring their own tent and camping gear. A packing list is available on the event website.

Existing Members & Vigil Honor Members – $25

Annual Pass Members – Free

• Annual Pass holders may attend at no additional cost but must still register so event organizers can accurately plan for attendance.

Work Day Only – Free

• Participants attending only to assist with camp projects and not receiving meals may attend free of charge but are still required to register.

Chapter Officer Elections

Chapter Officer Elections will be held during the weekend. Members interested in running for Chapter Chief, Chapter Vice Chief, or Chapter Secretary must submit a letter of intent to the Lodge Chief prior to the start of the election.

Candidates should review the Lodge Members Handbook for election procedures, qualifications, and responsibilities associated with each office.

New Induction Experience

The Order of the Arrow's New Induction Experience will be available during Fall Fellowship.

Current Lodge members who have not yet completed the New Induction Experience are encouraged to participate. Members who have not completed the experience will not be permitted to witness new ceremonies until they have done so.

Required Forms

All participants must provide:

• Annual Health and Medical Record Parts A & B
• Proof of Safeguarding Youth Training (SYT) for all participants age 18 and older

Registration Deadline

Registration remains open through Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at midnight.
