Celebrate fall at Halloween at Loud Thunder (HALT)—Illowa Council's premier Cub Scout fall camping event! Spend a weekend enjoying outdoor adventures, Halloween-themed fun, and family memories at Camp Loud Thunder.

Whether you choose to camp overnight or join us for Saturday activities, HALT offers an exciting lineup of hands-on experiences for Cub Scouts and their families. Enjoy games, BB gun and slingshot shooting, hayrack rides, campsite decorating, a campfire program, and plenty of other seasonal activities designed to make this one of the highlights of the Scouting year.

Camping Sessions - Cost: $25 per person (youth and adults)

Families may choose from two camping options, each offering an overnight stay and a full activity session.

Camping registration includes:

• Overnight camping
• Dinner and breakfast
• Official event patch
• Access to all HALT activities

Please Note: Camping is open only to families with a registered Scouting America youth member.

Pre-registration is required for everyone participating in the camping sessions.

Saturday Walk-In Option

Can't stay overnight? Join us for the fun on Saturday, October 17! Walk-in participants can enjoy the day's HALT activities without camping.

Cost: $20 per person (youth and adults)

Walk-in registration includes:

• Access to HALT activities
• Official event patch

Please Note:

• Meals are not included with walk-in registration.
• Walk-in participants may not camp overnight.

Event Apparel

• Commemorate your HALT adventure with official event apparel from Class B! Choose from a variety of apparel options, order online, and have your items shipped directly to your home or picked up at the Council Office for distribution at the event.
• Important: Apparel purchases are separate from event registration.
