Ma-Ka-Ja-Wan Lodge 40 Sponsored Service for Camp Oakarro

Open to all OA Members, Scouts, Scouters

Help us keep the camp and facilities looking great. Projects often include brush clearing, wood splitting, painting, and light construction. Attendees who are OA members and dues paid will receive the 2025 Ma-Ka-Ja-Wan Lodge Service T-Shirt. Other attendees may purchase the service T-shirt from our Store if desired.

7:45 AM - Arrival and Check-In
8:00 AM - Projects begin
12:00 PM - Lunch
4:30 PM - Clean up (subject to change if we get done earlier)
5:00 PM - Departure

Attendees should bring the following.

• Refillable Water Bottle
• Mess Kit
• Sun Screen
• Bug Repellent
• Work Clothes - we often have painting projects so bring clothes you do not mind getting paint on
• Work Gloves
• Rain gear
• BSA Medical Form Parts A & B

Cost

• $5 for OA members
• $0 for Sustaining members

*A 3% Processing Fee will be assessed for all online Credit Card payments. **A 0.5% Processing Fee will be assessed for all online e-Check payments. *** Checks sent or brought to 850 Forest Edge Drive, Vernon Hills, IL 60061 will not be assessed this Processing Fee. Make sure the Memo line mentions your registration number.
