OA Dues 2022
Welcome to our 93rd Year! To be a current Lodge Member you need to pay your dues. You must be a currently-active registered member of the Northeast Illinois Council, a district or unit chartered within NEIC or otherwise actively registered with the BSA in order to be a member of the Ma-Ka-Ja-Wan Lodge of the Order of the Arrow.
For 2022, our dues are returning to our Pre-COVID prices. As we returned to full events and operations in 2021, our expenses increased back to levels seen in 2018-2019. We expect to provide a full event schedule and all operations in 2022. Note that dues will *not* include a Lodge flap in 2022.

Your BSA Member ID is required to renew your OA membership (If the last time you paid your dues was before 2014, you will need to contact the Lodge Adviser). Please note that if you enter your BSA ID and the registration system does not find you, please contact us to resolve the issue. We may have an incorrect BSA ID in our records, missing data, or some other issue.
Your ID number is available on your BSA membership card. You may also find your BSA ID in your Order of the Arrow LodgeMaster portal account. If you can't find your card or access your portal account, you can get your ID number from your unit committee chairperson or advancement chairperson; Unit Charters and ScoutBook also include the BSA ID. NEW - 3% CREDIT CARD PAYMENT PROCESSING FEE: Anyone who pays their fees online with a credit card (beginning January 1, 2022) will also pay the 3% processing fee. Choose the Mail-in Payment Option (it looks like an envelope) to avoid these fees.
NEW - .5% (1/2%) E-CHECK PAYMENT PROCESSING FEE: The e-check option has been reactivated, and now has a .5% (1/2%) processing fee. Choose the Mail-in Payment Option (looks like an envelope) to avoid these fees.
MAIL-IN PAYMENT OPTION: The Mail-in Payment Options shuts off 15 days before the event, so make sure to complete your online registration before that date to avoid the above processing fees. You can mail or bring a check to the council office (make payable to): Northeast Illinois Council B.S.A., 850 Forest Edge Drive, Vernon Hills, IL 60061, or NEIC Units can have an authorized user approve payment from their Scout Store Account.
