University of Scouting Partner Registration

Three Fires Council has served local youth for almost 100 years. Our trained leaders are a key component in offering youth (both boys and girls) a robust program that instills values, builds character, and produces tomorrow's leaders. Each fall, we host a training event, where leaders - both adult and youth - can take classes to develop and hone their skills.

Support Scouting by becoming a Partner at The Midway

Register to participate in The Midway at Three Fires Council's University of Scouting for an opportunity to talk with Scouters face-to-face.  

Display your business information, merchandise, services, and programs that are resources for the 3,000+ adult leaders / volunteers of Three Fires Council. Be sure to bring plenty of brochures and business cards! 

• Table Partners for $100 our Table Partners will have an 6' table in our Vendor Midway, giving attendees the chance to see and connect with their organization throughout the event.
• Council Committees - This registration is where you will register for a table in the Midway.  If you are an instructor or attendee, please use this registration ONLY to reserve your table, not as your individual registration.  Thanks!

7:30 am - 11:30 am

Lunch - You may pick up lunch in the cafeteria if pre-ordered  
11:30 am - 12:00 pm

Midway Open             
12:00 pm -   1:30 pm

Partner Tear Down       
1:30 pm
 

Table Reservation Includes:

• 1 - 6' table
• 2 folding chairs
• Extra tables and chairs are available upon request
• Electricity is available upon request   
• A box lunch with either a turkey or vegetarian sandwich, chips, cookie, and bottle of water may be purchased in advance for $12. A limited amount of lunches will be available for purchase for $15 on site.  Please note: if you are also attending / registering for University of Scouting Classes, do not purchase lunch in this registration. Please do so for your University of Scouting registration.
