Honor Our Veterans 

Flag Placement at Olinger Highland Cemetery 

Join Scouts, families, and community members as we place flags on veterans’ gravesites at Olinger Highland Mortuary & Cemetery, 10201 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229. 

Date: May 23 

Time: 9:00 AM 

Meeting Location: West side of the main office

Flags will be provided. We’ll also have donuts and drinks available for volunteers. Please bring a screwdriver to help predrill holes for the flags. This meaningful service project typically takes about one hour and is a wonderful way to show gratitude to those who served.

All ages welcome. Uniforms encouraged.

Registration isn’t required, but we encourage signups by Thursday, May 21 so we can plan for the number of volunteers attending.
