Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the impact of Scouting across our community. This special evening features three distinct experiences in one location, and you are welcome to customize your night by attending any or all of the events:

1. Friends of Scouting (FOS) Reception (5:30 PM – 7:30 PM)

Replacing our traditional morning breakfast, this relaxed reception focuses on fellowship, community connection, and an inspiring Scouting program.  As is tradition, an opportunity to support local youth will be included. Donors at or upgrading to the $375 level receive full access to the Appreciation Zone plus a $50 starter chip stack.

2. Scouter Appreciation + Fun Zone (7:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Come for FOS, stay for the Appreciation Zone! Full access and a $50 starter chip stack are included for all ticketed DCA guests and FOS donors giving or renewing at the $375 level. Use your chips as currency for casino-style table games, Bingo (subject to permit), drinks, and prize drawing entries. Additional chips can be purchased to power your fun while supporting Scouting.

Highlights include:

Games & Contests: Putting contest with prizes, ballroom scavenger hunt, indoor bowling, and arcade classics.
Entertainment & Drinks: Live 80's/90's cover band, dancing, cocktails, and mocktails.
Spooky Seasonal Fun: Walk through our haunted house and stop by the spooky photo booth.

3. 52nd Distinguished Citizen Award Presentation (8:00 PM – 9:30 PM)

We warmly invite you to join us as we honor our 52nd Distinguished Citizen, Mike Surbaugh, retired 13th Chief Scout Executive and SVMBC Advisory Board member. A frequent visitor and generous supporter, Mike has pledged $1 million to our Endowment and is matching all Endowment gifts up to another $1 million. All ticketed DCA participants receive full entry to the Fun Zone along with $50 in playing chips! Join us in thanking Mike for his dedication to welcoming youth from all backgrounds and ensuring every family has a place in Scouting, all while enjoying a hosted bar, light savory bites, and sweet treats.

Make It a Weekend Getaway!
