- Some merit badges may not be fully completed during the event. Counselors will provide guidance on how to finish any remaining requirements and get them signed off.
- If the merit badge you wish to take requires prior approval, make sure to secure that approval before registering.
- Class changes can only be made on-site and are subject to space availability.
Remind your Scout that this is an official Scouting event. All participants are expected to live by the Scout Oath and Law. Any incidents should be reported first to the merit badge counselor and then to Sheila Stewart at the registration desk.
