This is the registration for the Vigil Induction. If you are a Vigil Honor member or Vigil Honor candidate and plan on attending the Vigil Induction, please register here. This year we have been invited to join the Orca Lodge for their Lodge Banquet (November 7) and Breakfast (November 8).  This will be a great opportunity to meet members of the Orca Lodge as we complete the task of merging Yerba Buena and Orca into one lodge.

Vigil Honor members are $30, if paid by 10/28/2026.  There is a $5 Late Fee after 10/28/26 until registration closes on 11/4/26.  Vigil Candidates are Free.

If you are over 18 as of November 7, 2026, you must meet these additional requirements:

Have current Youth Protection training through Sunday, November 8, 2026.

Be fully compliant with AB 506 which includes mandated state training and a Livescan background check. More information can be found at https://californiascouting.org. Please allow 30 days after your Livescan to complete processing and get the information properly recorded in the council records.

All adults staying overnight in connection with a Scouting activity must be currently registered as an adult volunteer or an adult program participant.  Adult volunteers must register in the position(s) they are serving in. Registration as a merit badge counselor position does not meet this requirement.
