Theme: Celebrating our Volunteers!!!

Packs, Crews, Troops – Please think about nominations from your unit for “Unit Scouter of the Year”. Leaders and Parent Volunteers are eligible.  Forms will be on District website.  Award recipients will be honored at the dinner.  All family members, leaders, Eagles and friends are invited to attend the dinner. 

Silent Auction - How does this work? Each unit will bring a basket with a theme such as movie night, baseball, etc. It can be brought into council office, attention Rand. The proceeds will offset the cost of hosting the dinner, and the remaining balance goes to FOS (Friends of Scouting). This year coffee and alcohol items can be added to the silent auction baskets. Let’s have some fun and bring your checkbook.

COSTS: 
Adults:
$30 if you pay by March 2nd
$40 after March 2nd and at the door (first come, first serve, and no guarantee of space at the door).
Scouts:
$20 if you pay by March 2nd 
$25 after March 2nd and at the door (first come, first serve, and no guarantee of space at the door).

The dinner is catered by Leo's Chinese Restaurant, Danville.  Vegetarian options and/or special dietary needs are available. Make sure that you indicate this when you sign up.

Eagles Invited to participate and celebrate those who earned the rank of Eagle in 2019.
