2019 GILA RIVER DISTRICT -- SPRING CAMPOREE

FORTNIGHT SURVIVAL SKILLS

Saturday March 30 & Sunday March 31

(Friday March 29th, optional)

OPEN TO: SCOUTS BSA Youth

COST: TBD - Register by March 10, 2019

Food is to be supplied by each Troop separately (by request of Troops)

Participating units and individuals are responsible for providing two deep leadership and following the guidelines set forth by the Guide to Safe Scouting and the Sweet 16 of BSA Safety.

Events include Backpacking Skills**, Fire building Skills, Knot Tying Skills, Communication Skills,

Shelter Building Skill/Contest, Orienteering Skills, and a surprise group activity!

**Back packing will be limited to 30 total participants (Youth and Adults). This will take place Saturday night, with return Sunday Morning. Packing list will be provided to registered participants.

No additional Cost for Back packing.
